Refund & Cancellation Policy

We want you to love your greens as much as we love growing them! However, we understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned. This policy explains how refunds, replacements, and cancellations work at Tiny Harvest.
1. Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement, provided they haven’t been dispatched.
- Once the order is shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.

2. Returns & Replacements
Due to the perishable nature of microgreens, we do not accept returns once the product is delivered.
However, if your order arrives:
- Damaged,
- Spoiled, or
- Incorrect,
please email us within 24 hours of delivery with photos. We’ll be happy to arrange a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.
3. Refund Process
- Once your request is approved, refunds will be initiated within 5–7 business days.
- The refund amount will be credited to your original payment method.
4. Non-Refundable Items
- Fresh microgreens returned without valid reason or after 24 hours of delivery.
- Used or partially consumed products.
- Gift cards, vouchers, or promotional items.
5. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after 7 working days, please check with your bank first. If it’s still pending, contact us at tinyharvest25@gmail.com for assistance.
